Tuition fees are issued twice a year. Semester 1 fees are due by June 1st. Semester 2 fees are due by January 15th. Full year's tuition fees may be paid in one installment.

Discount for Tuition Payment in Full

A 2% discount will be applied for payment of tuition in full if paid by the 1st of June.

Family Incentive Program

Starting for the 2022-2023 School year, a 10% discount will be applied to the tuition starting with the 3rd child and 15% discount for subsequent children of the same immediate family attending RVIS. (Extended family members are not eligible for this incentive program.)

Other Required Fees

  • All applicants are charged an Admissions Fee of BD 100 at the time of application. This fee is non-refundable and covers the administrative costs associated with the admissions process.
  • Students from Nursery through Grade 12 contribute to sustaining and developing our world-class facilities with a one-time capital fee of BD 500, payable upon completion of the admission and evaluation process. This fee is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • All students are charged a Technology Fee of BD 200 per academic year, payable upon completion of the admission and evaluation process for new students, or at the time of re-enrollment for returning students. This fee is non-transferable and non-refundable and contributes to the school’s ongoing costs of maintaining, upgrading, and supporting technology infrastructure and digital learning resources for all students.
  • The school may require payment of tuition fees in full, at the time of application, when deemed appropriate due to enrollment levels.
  • Students entering Grade 12 (both new and returning) are required to pay a Graduation Fee of BD 350 during the first quarter of the school year. This fee contributes to the costs of organizing and delivering the graduation ceremony at the end of the school year.

Other Expenses

RVIS Tuition does not cover the school uniform, bus transportation, or lunch. Students may either bring their lunch or they may purchase their meal in the school cafeteria.
