School Trips
School trips take learning beyond the classroom and give students the chance to explore new environments and perspectives. Whether close to home or further away, these trips help students build confidence, independence, and a better understanding of the world around them.
Community Services
Community service is a cornerstone of our school culture.
Alongside academic excellence, we emphasize responsible global citizenship, encouraging students to develop empathy, compassion, and a strong sense of social responsibility. Students engage in a wide range of initiatives and partnerships, including environmental awareness campaigns, charity drives, volunteering opportunities, and service-learning projects.
Student Council
The Student Council empowers students to take an active role in shaping their school experience. Council members work collaboratively to plan events, build school spirit, and strengthen community connections while serving as a bridge between students and the school’s leadership.

- Vice President: Zain Madallal (G12) – Supports the president and helps execute projects
- Secretary: Lana Al Madhi (G11) – Manages records and communication
- Treasurer: Hessa Alkhalifa (G10) – Oversees funds and budgeting
- Archiver: Jehan Cherdasa (G12) – Documents council activities and achievements

University Acceptances
RVIS graduates continue their academic journeys at leading global universities. Recent acceptances include McGill University, King’s College London, and the University of Toronto, alongside a range of respected institutions in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe.
Most RVIS students pursue higher education after graduation. Their success reflects the school’s commitment to providing individual support throughout the university application process. Counselors work closely with students to prepare recommendation letters, refine essays, and navigate platforms like UniFrog and Common App. Teachers and administrators are actively involved in helping students present their academic achievements and personal strengths to prospective universities.
Many of our students choose programs in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, and International Relations, supported by strong IB Diploma results that consistently exceed the global average.
