MIT Partnership

A partnership was initiated between Riffa Views International School (RVIS) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) through its MIT International Science and Technology Initiatives (MISTI) program in 2022, to provide innovative workshops for high school students across Bahrain. Instructed by MIT students and facilitated by MIT alumni, the workshops offer students throughout the Kingdom hands-on experiences in robotics, coding, collaboration, and critical thinking.

Mastering the Future: Unleashing the Power of Automation with Robotics

This workshop will elevate students understanding of robotics through immersive, hands-on learning. From creating computer CAD models to 3D printing parts, participants will find the experience to be both challenging and rewarding.

Autobot Challenge: Engineering Autonomous Vehicles

This advanced course in machine automation will elevate students to new levels of expertise. Throughout the course, participants will create advanced algorithms to train robots in overcoming various challenges.
