The PTP was founded as a social partnership between parents and teachers of RVIS whose charge is to strengthen the relationship between the school and the community.

The purpose of the PCC is to promote opportunities for communication between the school and its parent community. PCC members regularly advise the Head of School; and provide support for school initiatives.
