Recognizing the significance of breaking the fast (Iftar) and supporting the less fortunate, a group of students from Riffa Views International School embark on a journey of charity and service. Their inspiring efforts not only exemplify the teachings of their faith but also touch the lives of many, leaving a lasting impact on our community. In Islamic traditions, breaking the fast holds a profound significance. It is not merely a means to satisfy one's hunger after a day of fasting but also an act of worship and charity. Riffa Views International School students are well aware of this, as they understand the importance of providing Iftar to those in need. Guided by the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), who proclaimed that the reward for feeding a fasting person is equal to the act itself, they are driven to share the blessings of Ramadan with others. With a desire to serve and foster fellowship, the Senior Council plan to visit a local labor camp on Tuesday, the 26th. The invitation is extended to all grade 12 students, emphasizing that this act of kindness is not limited to any specific faith or background. In a testament to their inclusive values, the students also made arrangements to provide nourishment to those at the camp who were not observing the fast. This act of unity showcases the true essence of Ramadan, bringing people together through shared compassion and understanding.
