Ms. Sana has embraced and enhanced the virtual learning experience for her students in Elementary Social Studies and Islamic Studies. She is working on and offline to help her students continue to practice and reach the standards for her subjects. Here is a sample of what a Grade One Bahraini Social Studies looks like this during virtual school:

Help My Family

For this project, we will focus on duties at home and helping out your family. For this, you will be required to take pictures and/or videos of you helping out at home. This can include things like:

  1. Helping your mom cook

  2. Cleaning your room

  3. Watering the garden

  4. Vacuuming the floor

  5. Cleaning the dishes

  6. Folding laundry

  7. Anything else you can think of!

You must take pictures and/or videos of you helping out with AT LEAST THREE chores and send it to Seesaw by Thursday. The more the merrier!

In Islamic Studies, Sana is having her Grade 4 students watch and record videos on how to pray. Sana is making herself available online for students to chat or call when they have questions.
