Jessica Davis sprinkles hope, optimism and joy every time she walks the halls. She's the Elementary Principal at RVIS, and the former Director of Learning at the school. Ms. Davis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Western Washington University, and a Principal Training Center Certification. She also holds a Masters of Education (M.Ed) in Leadership Administration with Principal Certification from The College of New Jersey, USA. Jessica is a global leader and educator with a mission of igniting hope and passion in each and every child she encounters.

“My mom always told us there were fairies in the yard.” Jessica said. Growing up in a rainy small town of the northwest countryside, playing in the backyard with her sister Rebecca or curling up with her white fluffy cat Muffin. Jessica loved school, stating, “I would cry if I got sick because I was so desperate to go”. Most of her high school days were spent participating in sports, cheerleading, and hanging out with friends. “My Parents had the greatest influence on me, I take after both of them.” The combination of a witty father, loving mother, and passionate teachers resulted in a happy, confident, and curious Jessica. These attributes drive her path to this day. Mrs. Davis always knew that she wanted to be an educator. Her dream is to make the world a better place through education. She believes that if she can contribute to creating a system that results in happy, confident, and curious children, then she would have made a positive impact on the world.

Jessica is pursuing her dream every day at RVIS, igniting passion, personalizing the journey and impacting through action, one child at a time.
