Riffa Views International School students' celebrated World Environment Day on June 5, 2022, with the Southern Governorate, and the Supreme Council for Environment. This year, the World Environment Day event, was held under the slogan, “We only own one land,” in implementation of the directives of His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Governor of the Southern Governorate, of taking care of the civilizational and environmental aspect through the implementation of community initiatives and the promotion of environmental culture in society.

The World Environment Day festivities included an interactive lecture, presented by the Supreme Council for Environment, aimed at raising awareness of the simple ways we can preserve and protect our environment. The lecture was followed by a tree planting activity.
